Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu, a member of the House of Representatives representing the Maru Bungudu Federal Constituency in Zamfara state has underlined the importance of education by implementing a variety of efforts to rejuvenate the sector.
These activities include the development of new schools, the distribution of educational resources, and student grants.
The recent construction of three primary school classrooms and three offices in Rade community, Bela District, Bungudu local government area, Zamfara state, demonstrates the lawmaker’s devotion.
According to a 70-year-old Rade resident, it was a long history that their peers will doubt, given the past strong desire to have a school in the town.
The tenant, Bello Sani, recounted how he personally wrote requests to authorities at various levels without receiving a response, a struggle that lasted more than a decade.
Another citizen, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, stated that Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu’s investment in education will give opportunities for the youth, making them less attractive to insurgency recruiters.
Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu Bungudu has recently sponsored over 200 indigenous youths of Maru and Bungudu constituency in Zamfara state postsecondary institutions as well as several more in basic and secondary schools.
