A notorious criminal who have been terrorising communities in Zamfara state and its environs, Suleiman Balarabe 25 years of age has been arrested by the state police command.
In a statement issued by the Command’s PPRO, SP Mohammad Shehu, the criminal was arrested during a police patrol following intelligence information , saying he was already on the police “wanted” list.
The statement further disclosed that Suleiman Balarabe is a pronounced criminal heavily known for kidnapping and other heinous crimes being propelled against innocent citizens of Zamfara state and its environs.
While under investigation, the suspect confessed to committing series of attacks, kidnappings and collected millions of Naira as ransom
The suspect has also mentioned some names of his collaborators and police is assiduously working to arrest them.
