Zamfara West Senator elect and former State Governor, Dr. Abdulaziz Abubakr Yari (Shattiman Zamfara) has given out additional 32 trucks load of assorted foodstuffs for onward distribution to Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs across the state through “Zamfara Circle”.
This was contained in a Press Release signed and issued by the Chairman of “Zamfara Circle” which is a non governmental group, Aminu Lawal PhD, pointing out that distribution of the items to the target beneficiaries has so far commenced.
The release stressed that transparency and integrity in the distribution process is very paramount, calling on members of the general public to report any act of malice in the process to the Circle’s leadership.
The release also warned those entrusted with the distribution channels to avoid political sentiments as the organization is apolitical.
Dr. Aminu Lawal enjoins wealthy individuals in the state to borrow a leaf from the Zamfara West Senator elect to render similar help to the needy in the spirit of the Ramadan period aimed at alleviating their hardship.
