Zamfara state government has earmarked 3bn Naira for construction of its newly established School of Nursing and Midwifery located in Zurmi.
The state Governor, Dr. Bello Muhammad Matawalle disclosed this during a gubernatorial campaign rally held in Zurmi.
Governor Matawalle said the state government resolved to locate the school in Zurmi in order to carry development down to the area.
He further assured, that more roads will be constructed in rural communities across the local government area.
In his remarks during g the rally in Zurmi, former governor Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar and chairman of the state gubernatorial campaign council, enjoined APC supporters to collect their Permanent Voter’s cards ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
Yari described PVCs as weapons on the election day and called on the electorate to elect all APC candidates across board.
