BANDITRY: ZMSG DONATES 100 BAGS OF RICE, 0.5M TO SAKAJIKI VICTIMS

The Zamfara state Government has donated one hundred bags of rice and five hundred thousand Naira to the vctims of sakajiki attack.


This was disclosed by the State Deputy Governor His Excellency Senator Hassan Muhammad (Jarman Gusau) while addressing the victims at Unguwar Sarkin Musulmi Railway Junction Kaura-Namoda when he had a stop-over there on his way back home from Kauran Namoda.


While Sympathizing them, the Deputy Governor explained that, the State Government under the leadership of Governor Bello Matawallen Maradun is already taking all the necessary measures to address the issue of banditry and the attendant menace of incessant destruction of lives and property.


Senator Hassan Muhammad Gusau expressed satisfaction with the high level commitment and concern demonstrated by the Council Sole Administrator Hon Nasiru Altine Yakamata Kaura for his quick response and timely reporting of the incident to the constituted authorities for prompt and necessary action.


The Jarman Gusau reiterated the State Government’s commitment in ensuring their return to their respective places of abode, adding that Government is equally mobilising adequate personnel to take charge of the area security wise.


Senator Gusau, on behalf of the State Governor, announced the donations of one hundred bags of rice and the sum of five hundred thousand naira to the affected people.

In attendance at the occasion were the APC State Vice Chairman Alhaji Sani Sada Kaura, APC Chairman Kaura Namoda Alhaji Sule Gabake, Special Advisers Hon Alhaji Bashir Madaro Walin Kurya, Hon Sani Danjuma Dambo, Hon Alhaji Suleman Zumunci, as well as Khalifa Mansur Sani, Hon Idris Garba Rikiji, among many others.
