The Chairman of Zamfara State Radio and Television Services Gusau, Alhaji Sa’idu Maishanu has changed Credentials Committee of the Zamfara 2022 Election to be just and fair to everyone.
The Chairman made the remarks while receiving Members of the Committee led by Comrade Ibrahim Muhammad Kanoma who paid him a courtesy visit in his office.
He said the future of the Union lied on the quality of its leaders , hence the need for selecting credible leaders that will lead the Union to a greater position.
Maishanu further expressed confidence that the caliber of people in the Credentials Committee are equal to the task, stressing that the image of the Union should be considered first.
Earlier Chairman of the Committee, Comrade Ibrahim Muhammad Kanoma assured to conduct free and fear election and advised all aspiraants to conduct their campaign in accordance with the provisions of the Union’s Electoral laws
He solicited for the support and cooperation of all media organizations towards policising activities of the committee.
The credentials committee chairman further enumerated some activities outline for event which includes, symposium, visitations to Orphanage Home, IDPs and Correctional Centres as well as manifestoes night.
Other members of the committee are, Comrade Mainasara Muhd R/Doruwa, Comrade Dahiru Sama’ila Mafara, Comrade Bashir Abashiya and Comrade Salamatu Umar Abdullahi.
In attendance were General Managers Commercial, Engineering, news and Staff Officer of station.
