PRESS RELEASE

The Former Zamfara State Governor, Hon. Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar Shattiman Zamfara’s led faction of All Progressives Congress APC will not in any way be deterred by the Federal High Court, Gusau recent judgement that dismissed the suit it instituted challenging the dissolution of its Executives by the National Caretaker Committee of the Party.

Reacting to the judgment, Chairman of the faction, Honorable Lawal M Liman Gabɗon Ƙaura said they are more determined to pursue the case to its logical conclusion because of their strong conviction that justice will only be delayed rather than denied.

Honorable Lawal M Liman said though they are not surprised over the judgment because the outcome was already pronounced by Senator Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura through his recent Press Interviews, this will not however discourage his committee to appeal the judgment in an attempt to seek for justice.

The Chairman maintained that if an internal squabble in the Party could cost it the collosal loss it incurred in 2019 General Elections in the Supreme Court of Nigeria then there is still hope for a light at the end of the tunnel for the fact that what is good for the Goose is also good for the Gander.

He commended the efforts, contributions and resilience of the Leader of the Party, Honorable Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar Shattiman Zamfara, his lieutenants, Party Leaders at State, Local Government and Ward levels, Stakeholders, Party Members and sympathizers to keep the Party vibrant yesterday, today and tomorrow as an outlet that will see to the continued well-being of the People of Zamfara State and assured them that the struggle will be kept alive until success is achieved in Almigthy Allah’s name.

Signed
Hon. Ibrahim by Muhammad,
(Danmadamin Birnin Magaji)
Chairman Zamfara state APC Publicity Committee.
