The President Elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Ahmed Bola Tinubu has lauded former Zamfara state governor who now emerged as the Senator elect for Zamfara West, Dr. Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari.
The president elect made the commendation in his few remarks when a delegation of APC stalwarts from Zamfara state paid him a congratulatory visit at his residence in Abuja, noting that Yari is worthy of praise.
Tinubu stressed that despite the rested long bad political tussles among the APC political elites in Zamfara, they were able to turn back and reunite themselves.
He added that Zamfara state is an important integral part of the APC victory that translated into his success and would always be replicated in schemes of things.
Earlier, leader of the APC delegation, Senator elect for Zamfara West, Dr. Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari, noted that they were at the president elect’s residence to congratulate him over his emergence in the just concluded presidential election held last Saturday as the next Nigeria’s president
Yari, on behalf of the delegation, wished the president elect success and Allah’s guidance.
