The Court of Appeal, Sokoto Division has affirmed Dr. Dauda Lawal Dare as the PDP Gubernatorial Candidate for 2023 General Election there by setting aside the Judgement of the Federal High Court Sitting in Gusau Which earlier Declared that PDP had no Candidate for the said Election in the State.
