Charged Members to be more professionals

The Journalism Practioners in Zamfara State has been called to discharge there duty according to there proffessional guidlines.
The call was made by the Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission (NPC) Zamfara state, Alhaji Muhammad Muttaka Rini, when he received newly elected leaders of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, , NUJ Zamfara state Council in his office, Gusau, the state capital.
The commissioner said , journalists has a vital role to play in the society and urged them to sensitize public about the activities of the commission and population in general.
“people are not aware of the full activities of NPC which is not only about the population but, Data collection, boarder democation and gender base” he said.
He therefore, thanked the leadership of the NUJ for the visit and assured them full support and co-operation of the commission in all there activities.
Earlier in his speech, the chairman Nigeria Union of Journalists, Comrade Ibrahim Musa Maizare said, they are in his office for a courtesy visit and soliciting there support to the commission for the smooth conduct of their activities.
