Zamfara state commissioner for Women’s and Children’s affairs, Hajiya, Dr. Rabi Ibrahim Gimbiya Shinkafi, has assured the state government, commitments in maximum protecting children’s for gender based voilence as well as rapist across the state.
The commissioner made this know while celebration of the world international children’s Day held at multipurpose Hall of the ministry.
Hajiya Rabi explained, most children’s are facing a lot of challenges of inequality and total denial on their basic right Such as education, Health care, food and shelter etc.
She further assured that, the ministry for women’s and children’s affairs, would enact more awareness about the problems that children’s facing globally and to improve
Children’s welfares across the state.
” I urged parents and guidance to Joint hands together and cater for all children’s in the state for the betterment now and their future”
“A lot has happened and still happening like Corona virus pandemic that brought a step back to our day to day activities but we can still make use of many things to bridge the gap missing like skills acquisition training, e-learning by using media and digital devices, lessons at home by parents, relatives and volunteers to take precautionary measure of this Covid19.” She added.
“Our passion and commitment to better living has always reawakened our zeal to initiate and coordinate programmes that will cater for the children and their caregivers,” she added.
Speaking Earlier, The acting permanent secretary, Ministry for Women’s and Children’s affairs, Hajiya Aina’u Sani Ahmad, has applauding the first lady, Hajiya Aisha Bello Muhammud (Matawalle Maradun) for their relentless support toward all our programmes that are aimed at ensuring effective well-being and right of children by making the child protection law being domesticated in the state.
