Zamfara State Zakkat and Endorwnmemt Board has organized a special walima package to 120 orphans in order to improve their live respectively.
This was disclosed by the executive chairman of board sheikh Abubakar Muhammad ibn Sodangi during the annual programme of world orphans Day held at zakkat conference hall in Gusau the state capital.
According to the executive chairman, the 120 orphans was selected from 17 Emirates councils of the state and given them special caring to Mark United nation annual world orphans Day.
Sheikh Abubakar Muhammad ibn Sodangi noted that United nation mark every 8 November as world orphans Day with a view to showing a special caring to orphans over the world.
He further noted that here in zakkat board we always given special treatment to orphans not only after one year.
Sodangi Also said zakkat house is a home for all Muslims in the state for instance if you a rich we expect to come and give zakkat and endorwnmemt and also if you are poor you can and collect zakkat.
He commended Governor Muhammad Matawalle Maradun, Barden kasar Hausa for given the board full financial support in order success.
He also advise philanthropist in the state to emulate the state government effort by selected orphans and organized similar walima package them with view to improve their live respectively.
In the same vein, a reknow Islamic scholar in the state, sheikh Umar Ahmad kanoma has described the important of assisting orphans and also noted that Allah SWT mentioned orphans 24 time in order to indicate the important of assisting orphans.
He further said that Allah SWT promise to build a house in the Aljannat fiddausi for those people who assisting orphans and given special caring them.
In his remarks his Excellency Dr Bello Muhammad matawalle maradun Barden kasar Hausa who was presented by the speaker, state House of Assembly, RT Hon Nasiru Mu’azu Magarya noted that this wallima special package is very important to every one here even me lam a orphans a lost my father and mother this indicate that every body must to be orphans one day.
He called on Muslims ummah to redouble their efforts and ensure that orphans are always given a special caring for Allah reward here and there after.
Important personalities who graced the occasion include the Emir of Anka Alhaji Atrahiru Ahmad Anka, (sarkin zamfaran Anka) the Emir of Kaura Namoda Dr sanusi Muhammad Ahmad Asha ( sarkin kiyawar Kaura Namoda) the emir of Maru Alh Abubakar Gado Mai Gari ( Banagan Maru) chairman of Hisbah commission , Malam Ashahabu Badamasi Zauma, among others.
